Kingsbury Bakmaha Senakeliya 2025 – Bank of Ceylon UK Participates in a Memorable Cultural Celebration

On Saturday, 19th April 2025, Bank of Ceylon UK Ltd had the honour of participating in one of the most vibrant Sri Lankan cultural events in the UK – Kingsbury Bakmaha Senakeliya 2025, held at Harrow Leisure Centre.

Organised by the Sri Lanka Educational, Cultural, and Welfare Foundation (SLECWF), this annual New Year celebration brought together thousands from across the community to share in the joy, traditions, and unity of Sinhala and Tamil Avurudu.

As one of the original sponsors since 1991, BOC UK Ltd is proud to continue supporting this meaningful initiative. Events like these not only preserve our rich cultural identity but also reinforce the spirit of togetherness among the Sri Lankan community in the UK.
